Three 'neon effect' rings rotate around the bottle to give the optical illusion of each ring  travelling around on each other. 

Sounds weird? - Wait until you see it!  The whole thing is encased by three Ultra Violet lamps and housed in a Durable metal cylinder. It measures 285 mm in diameter and 440 mm high. The MESMERISER is a unique piece of Point Of Purchase for all pubs/bars/night clubs, which aims to maximise your outlet's throughputs and retail margin's via alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks.
